This hat was quite a bit of a challenge. I drafted a new pattern for this hat, since the sherpa + the flannel don't stretch like polar fleece does- I put some ease/gathering in the lining in the back so the hat as a little bit of wiggle room to fit the wearer. XD

I like how this one came out... it was fun to make something that wasn't just polar fleece and that was a little more "wearable" than my usual stuff.

cool! looks good =] does it sit a little higher up on the head or is it just the picture? i want to wear it in the snow!

I'm wearing it a little weird so that it looks good with my emokid bangs XD but it does sit higher than my usual hats and go lower in the back.
